Atapore, Diesel Generator Repair in Tehran
Atapower is ready to provide the best service to customers in the field of diesel generator repair on an emergency and permanent basis with an experienced and expert staff. In this section, a brief description of the repairs in three sections (diesel engine, generator, switchboard) is given as follows.
Diesel Generator Repair
Defect in air intake (diesel generator repairs): In case of engine power loss, the first step is to visit the air intake system of the diesel generator. When the air does not reach the engine in sufficient quantity, there is not enough oxygen for the injected fuel to burn, as a result, good combustion is not created in the combustion chamber and the engine will lose power. In the air intake system, the air inlet is only the vent cap. If there is an opening in the air inlet, the engine will suck the air it needs through this opening instead of the air filter because it is easier for air to pass through it than through the filter. It wears out the engine quickly, so the engine ventilation system must be constantly checked and visited.
Problems in the exhaust path before and after the turbo (diesel generator repair): In diesel generators that have a turbocharger, the energy of the exhaust smoke is used to turn the turbine and finally for the air compressor. In fact, this type of engine with smoke exhaust system can cause a drop in turbocharger speed and eventually not enough air to reach the engine and a drop in engine power. , visit and if there is sediment, find its entry point.
Open the primary filter and the diesel filter and check it for dirt, and if it gets dirty prematurely, find the source of the pollution. do Also, if there is sediment, be sure to remove the feed pump mesh strainer and make sure it is not blocked, the feed pump mesh strainer prevents premature wear of the feed pump piston and also prevents foreign particles from entering the one-way valve.
Problems with the smoothness and fluidity of the turbocharger (diesel generator repair): Separate the air inlet pipes to the turbocharger compressor and test the shaft axially and radially with the hand. (experimental comparison with the new turbocharger) and we also test it for smoothness by rotating the hand, if the slack is excessive or the shaft movement is not smooth, the turbocharger cannot work at its full capacity, and as a result, air is not enough to The engine will not start and the engine will lose power, so the turbocharger must be repaired or replaced.
Fault in the aftercooler and its connections (diesel generator repairs) : As we know, the aftercooler cools the air coming out of the turbocharger of the diesel generator and this cooling causes the air molecules to come closer. and as a result, the number of air molecules in the combustion chamber increases. With the increase in the number of air molecules, there will be more oxygen, or with more oxygen, more fuel can be sprayed and have a stronger combustion. Now, if the passages in the aftercooler are blocked or its connections are leaking, the air will not reach the engine in sufficient quantity and we will not have good combustion, and as a result, the engine will have a loss of power. Also, if the passageways of the cooling liquid (radiator water cooling system) with the cooling air are blocked, the air entering the engine is not cooled enough, so that fewer molecules of air enter the combustion chamber and the engine fails. will have power Therefore, in diesel generators that have an aftercooler, it is better to visit the aftercooler every 2000 working hours.
